First and foremost I love to cook, and especially love to cook for other folks.  I began my home-bakery in Conroe, Texas (just 40 miles north of Houston in 2010.   I was introduced to the “Cake-Ball” at a family get-together and decided to try them myself for a class get-together shortly after.  As a result, my friends and family asked me to bring them to more get-togethers and so I expanded the selection to include more flavors. 

To find the perfect recipe, I needed the freshest ingredients.  Fresh eggs, real butter, fresh fruit and real cream cheese; only the best to achieve perfection. And I worked and worked, took much help from friends and family to come up with the right combination to get it “just right”.   And I believe I have the best that you’ll ever taste…they are moist and delicious ...small pieces of decadent, slowly melting bites, you will love.

With encouragement from a very close friend, I created a website and offered my creations for sale to everyone…and it took off!  Since then I have taken many cake decorating classes and completed a Master Cake Decorating Series that included Fondant, Sugar Flowers and Piping.   I continue to expand the selections I want to offer…some new recipes, a lot of old family recipes…but all to provide the best home baked items to everyone.
